Series Brief
GMD wheel grit is produced using high-purity raw materials, advanced production equipment, self-developed synthesis technology, and rigorous sorting processes. Nine grades are available for metal bond tool processing glass, semiconductor, etc.
Note: Depending on the raw materials and production processes, CRC and CRJ series are also available to meet various needs.

Coating generally improves the wettability of the diamond, making the retention between the diamond and the bond stronger. At the same time, the coating can also protect the diamond from the corrosion of materials such as metal powder in the formulation, thereby prolonging the life of the tool.
