GSD Series
Series Overview
GSD saw grit is produced with selected raw material and controlled production process. It is monocrystal diamond featured with hexa-octahedral shape, and is suitable for sawing, drilling in the industries of stone, geology, and construction.
Conventional available particle sizes range from 20/25 to 70/80, and custom particle size services are also available to meet specific customer needs.
Available grades range from GSD9910 to GSD9980. Depending on different raw materials and production processes, CRC, CRJ, and GHD series diamond cutting and grinding abrasives are also offered to satisfy various requirements.

To meet the demands of cutting and drilling applications in increasingly complex environments, CR GEMS has developed a series of coated diamonds. The coating effectively protects the diamonds from oxidation and carbon-soluble material erosion during the sintering process. This enhances the bonding strength between the crystals and the matrix, extends tool life, increases diamond protrusion height, improves tool sharpness, and reduces energy consumption, ultimately lowering costs for our customers.
