The single-crystal diamond produced by CR GEMS leverages its high thermal conductivity and excellent thermal stability to be processed into composite materials such as diamond-copper and diamond-aluminum. These materials are suitable for applications in LED lighting, automotive systems, RF devices, and heat dissipation modules in harsh environments. The micro diamond powder exhibits good fluidity, and some of it undergoes surface modification to reduce interfacial thermal resistance. It can be used as a thermal-conductive filler to produce thermal adhesives, aiding heat dissipation for chips and battery encapsulation, among other applications.
